It’s pizza time! Young chefs will shape, sauce, and top their own personal pizzas, then watch the magic of yeast in action as we explore the science of rising dough. During downtime, we’ll do a fizzy balloon experiment showing how yeast “breathes”—plus a coloring worksheet to take home.

Get ready for a summer full of flavor, creativity, and kitchen confidence! At Cooking With Joy, kids ages 6 to 12 will dive into delicious recipes, explore fun food science, and enjoy exciting activities that spark their imagination. Each 2-hour class includes a hands-on cooking project, a learning element, and a themed activity to keep the fun going—even while things bake!
No experience needed—just a love of food and fun. All materials and ingredients are provided. Class dates coming soon!
